Lead Product Designer / Marketplace

A San Francisco start-up in the peer to peer marketplace for rental RVs is looking to bring on a talented Lead Product Designer to work on their native mobile application! This company is the first in it's space and enjoying a spike in demand due to travel restrictions caused by current events. They make it easy for groups of friends and families to rent an RV and go on a road trip together, while allowing RV owners to get some more value out of their RVs that may not be used year round. The ideal Lead Product Designer would bring with them a slew of knowledge designing for consumer mobile experiences as well as experience in peer-to-peer marketplaces. Additionally, as this is a growing team, there will be an opportunity to grow your career! The overall culture is design forward and the design team plays a major role in translating business needs to design decisions. Required Skills & Experience

• A portfolio that displays a strong understanding of user centered design
• A track record of designing and shipping consumer native iOS products
• Systems thinker who think long term
• 5+ years as a Product Designer working and shipping products in-house

• Experience working on peer-to-peer marketplaces
• Experience with physical service element design

• 50% UI
• 50% UX
