Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive CRS reporting strategy to ensure compliance with standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, WEF, CSRD, and SEC.Evaluate and determine the applicability of new reporting regulations globally.Create and implement standardized CRS reporting policies and processes, including materiality assessments, disclosure controls, and estimation methods.Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) and coordinate CRS-related reporting in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, Risk, and Corporate Affairs to ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements.Lead strategic engagement with investor-focused ESG ratings and rankings agencies including MSCI, S&P, Sustainalytics, ISS, etc.Identify and seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency of current and future disclosure initiatives across the global business.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
