Wealth Management Client Service Specialist

Provide day-to-day client service and support
Assist with meeting preparation and coordinate follow-ups
Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests and inquiries
Initiate and monitor service requests with custodians on behalf of clients
Manage account openings, stock option exercises, cost basis research, and related tasks
Maintain and update CRM records, contributing to quarter-end reporting
Ensure precise execution of client service protocols
Requirements
3+ years of wealth management experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with custodians like Schwab/TDA, Fidelity, Pershing
Familiarity with Orion Advisor Technology is a plus
Strong background in professional client service with excellent communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling complex projects independently
