Pay Range: $55-60.00 per hour on W2
12+ Months Contract with a High Possibility of extension/Conversion

Job detailsMust have hardware EPM (Engineering Project Management) experience
8+ years of program management experience in software, hardware, embedded, networking, or cloud technologies or products.
2-4+ years of new product introduction experience in software, hardware, embedded, networking, or cloud technologies/products (REQUIRED).
Experience supporting senior leaders and executives in leading large teams, including developing, launching, and maintaining team rituals and setting agendas for and running team meetings.
Experience working with project planning tools (Excel, Gantt charts, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
Project management professional certification or equivalent preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, lead, and deliver simultaneous projects/deliverables under deadline pressure.
Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills.
Superior leadership, collaboration, facilitation, influencing, and relationship-building skills in a cross-functional environment.
Curiosity and strong problem-solving and research skills.
Willingness to tackle new and different challenges with a positive attitude and perseverance.
Familiarity with developing and maintaining management processes, training curriculum, and related programs.
