Business Analyst

Description Robert Half is seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Business Analyst to effectively and efficiently optimize a clients workflow system. You will be working closely alongside their management team, demonstrating a strong grasp of institutional knowledge. Setting your excellent understanding of business processes and industry practices to work, you should be capable of handling pressure and delivering high-quality results in strict timelines. Strong understanding of one or more industry sectors - Government/Public Sector, Healthcare or Finance.Responsibilities:

Work closely with the teams to gather requirements, optimize workflows and system processes.

Utilize tools such as Microsoft suite and draw.io for various tasks.

Play a pivotal role in project management, utilizing Azure DevOps.

Develop and maintain detailed user stories, workflow documents, and other business analysis documents.

Generate reports and ensure all the documents are recorded and updated in Business Analyst(BA).

Leverage deep understanding of government, healthcare, or finance industry to further streamline processes.

Perform under pressure and deliver results within the tight deadlines, understanding the co-existence of fast-paced work and slow-moving business environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Business Analyst, Sr. level

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and draw.io.

Experience in using Azure DevOps for project management.

Strong understanding of one or more industry sectors - Government, Healthcare or Finance.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
