Description We are looking to bring on board a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role is central to our operations as it involves handling customer queries through various channels such as email, phone, or chat, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. This position also requires the ability to troubleshoot a myriad of issues related to our product range and services. Responsibilities Answer pre-sales queries about our product range via email, phone, or chat Provide order support to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately Explain product features and usability to customers, helping them maximize the benefits of our products Troubleshoot App, Frame, or WiFi issues, providing solutions in a timely manner Administer warranty support and handle product returns Represent the voice of our customers within the team and other departments, aiding in the continuous improvement of our processes and products Utilize customer service software (like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.) to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and success Demonstrate a technical mindset and an eye for detail, supporting iOS / Android phones and apps Adapt to changes and take on new challenges in the fast-paced environment of our business. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, allowing for efficient tracking and management of client interactions. Proficiency in database management for efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis of customer data. Familiarity with EO/IR systems to ensure efficient and effective operations. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping. Experience with "About Time" software for effective time and attendance management. Ability to manage Customer Accounts, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up-to-date. Proven track record in achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Experience in Customer Service, providing assistance and information to clients. Knowledge and experience in Customer Success strategies, ensuring the success of the client in their journey with the company.
