Senior Client Analyst - Large RIA

Client Service: Provide coverage for clients and prospects, managing relationships, analyzing portfolios, coordinating family office needs, trading, performance reporting, and working with third-party advisors.

Director of Client Experience: Create and maintain a high-quality in-office and virtual client experience, handling interactions before, during, and after meetings, as well as daily client requests.

Custodian Specialist: Master custodian documents/forms, lead account openings and service requests, and run tax/activity reports as needed.

Special Projects Manager: Oversee special projects including client development, fee reconciliation, prospecting, and software integration (Salesforce, Addepar).

Trader: Rebalance client portfolios quarterly, considering client needs, market conditions, margin release, and cash balances.
