Actively participate in identified Practical Process Improvements (PPI).

Support development of a contractor retraining notification mechanism.

Support Vendor Management including re-assessment via questionnaire and develop a vendor change management process.

Supports Quality Assurance training content creation for department responsibilities.

Performs thorough review of corporate policies and procedures and performs gap assessment to drive site implementation based on phase appropriate quality.

Supports document archival, reconciliation and tracking.

Exemplifies professional behaviors as well as a quality culture mentality.

Operates within company and regulatory policies and procedures.

Excellent interpersonal, analytical/problem solving and communication skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and capability to confidently work well with all levels of leadership and teams.

Education / Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Capability to use diverse resources, respond quickly, understand impact of changes and decisions, facilitate agreement, and build collaborative relationships

Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows-based software

Knowledgeable of cGMP regulations and FDA/EMA regulatory requirements.

Ability to function in a constantly evolving environment and balance multiple priorities simultaneously

Able to communicate in English

Compensation :The estimated pay range for this role is: $25 -$28+ per hour.
