RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an Archer Senior Developer in San Francisco, CA.

Duties Include: Archer Senior Developer will be assisting with the architecture and design of solutions within RSA Archer to either expand upon core applications or develop on-demand applications to meet client requirements Onboarding new users and providing training once they have gained access to the platform Assisting in the development and integration of multiple data feeds of external data into the platform Assisting in migration of data from legacy archer platform to target state archer platforms Reviewing import files prior to importing into RSA Archer to ensure data integrity Consistently delivering quality client services and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes Developing dashboards for executive leadership and other key stakeholders for on demand reporting and decision making Collaborating with other members of the team to coordinate, plan and deliver client deliverables Responsible for supporting the information technology risk management program Support the adoption of the company's eGRC platform throughout the enterprise and promote its use among the information technology risk management program Develop periodic reports of Information Technology Risks as required Review information security, information technology, and cybersecurity control processes along with associated documentation, and reporting Establish effective monitoring practices to ensure adherence to the IT risk management framework, supporting policies and standards, and assist business in the identification of issues Provide ongoing IT Risk Management governance and direction for the enterprise Providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge for the continued development of RSA Archer a Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) platform

REQUIREMENTS: BS or BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Certified Archer Professional (Preferred) 5-10 years of experience in Information Security Risk implementation with RSA Archer Platform Extensive knowledge and experience in Information Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance Proven track record of building strong relationships across business functions; Extensive knowledge and experience in regulatory guidance, most importantly for the NIST RMF, NIST CSF and FFIEC requirements and supporting guidelines Strategic mindset, with excellent knowledge and understanding of the financial industry Highly developed ability for conceptual thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills Well-developed impact and influence skills Strong presentation skills, in anticipation of audiences with varying IT knowledge; Ability to adjust presentation details based on audience Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing skills, including the ability to evaluate the usefulness of data and use it in meaningful communication Proven ability to initiate and manage projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
