Pega Lead System Architect

PEGA certified LSA with 8 to 12 years of Pega experience

• Pega PRPC version 7.x/8.x platform experience. Experience in Life Sciences Industry will be a plus.
• At least 5 + years of experience leading and managing technology application teams
• Experience in designing and architecting PEGA solutions
• Experience with development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative) strongly preferred.
• Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
• Ability to engage with customer effectively.
• Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas / project requirements
• Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
• Should have experience /willingness to work in an Offshore-Onsite model.
