Mandatory Qualifications:Minimum 8 years’ experience in business systems analysis, including• Demonstrated high level of technical writing experience.• Excellent oral, written, analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead a technical discussion to both technical and non-technical staff.• Experience managing technical projects, including conflict resolution, issue escalations, status reporting and resource management.• Experience applying project management skills to application redesigns.• Demonstrated experience documenting business requirements clearly and concisely• Ability to convert business requirements into a technical design and implementation plan.• Ability to analyze issues from system documentation and recommend solutions.• Experience working in both tradition and agile project management methodologiesMinimum 8 years’ technical experience and knowledge of enterprise infrastructure design concepts including:• Cloud-based infrastructure, deployments, and cloud migration • Multi-tier application system design• Systems security policies, procedures, solutions, and implementation, including encryption• Web-based application deployment• Multi-vendor platform integration• Telecommunication infrastructure• Networking concepts: routing, switching, security, remote access, proxyDesirable Qualifications: • CLETS Certification• Experience working with California Department of Justice systems, including security policies and procedures
