Web Developer with Design Expertise (Part-Time to Full-Time)

About Us

We are the Portside Social Club. We’re a 2-year-old, results-driven advertising agency specializing in the marine and nautical industry, with 80% of our 12 clients in this space. We’re a growing team passionate about delivering ROI-focused marketing solutions.

Position Details

- Hours: Part-time during the trial phase (3 days a week), transitioning to full-time if it's a great fit.

- Potential: Opportunities to grow and run the technical department.

- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills.

Your Role

- Design and develop stunning, minimalist websites in WordPress using Elementor.

- Manage projects efficiently with ClickUp (similar to Asana).

- Incorporate UI/UX best practices for intuitive, client-focused designs.

- Implement SEO strategies and create fast-loading, mobile-friendly websites.

- Design visuals using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern design with excellent use of white space.

- Knowledge or interest in the marine/yacht industry is a plus.

- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads is a bonus.

- Super bonus: Experience with Unreal Engine 5 (not required but a potential future growth area).
