Journeymen Leads and Helpers

Come and join our team! We are a family owned remodeling company that has been in business for over 65 years specializing in kitchen and bath projects as well as home renovation. We primarily work in and around San Diego County.

We are seeking Journeyman and helpers to come on board. Our Journeyman Leads are responsible for the completion of all aspects of our remodeling jobs with a disciplined emphasis on quality and budget. You may work alone or alongside other carpenters, subs and laborers. You may or may not have a helper depending on the job. You will not only be responsible for completing the job, but also for making every effort to bring the job in on time and on budget. You will have more contact with our clients than anyone else in the company and must represent with professionalism and respect at all times.

Responsibilities:

Job site safety and cleanliness

Professional communication with clients

Completion of jobs on time and budget

Effective communication with the office, Salesmen and Project Managers

Clean and neat appearance

Requirements:

5+ years of experience residential remodeling including drywall, stucco, tile and paint

Strong rough and finish carpentry and plumbing skills

Ability to prioritize and manage work flow

Comfortable reading spreadsheets & blueprints

Ability to work alone or as a team player without supervision

Must have own tools, smart phone, reliable transportation and a valid license
