We’re looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team and help bring our projects to life. We specialize in designing, building, and installing custom commercial and residential cabinetry with a reputation for craftsmanship, quality, and professionalism.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented craftsperson who takes pride in their work, values precision, and enjoys working on a variety of projects ranging from commercial spaces to high-end residential builds.

You’ll be responsible for assembling cabinets and custom components from pre-cut CNC parts, building specialty jigs, and ensuring every piece meets our high-quality standards. This position requires a blend of craftsmanship, problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.

What You’ll Do:

- Operate hand and power tools with confidence and precision.

- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and schematics.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Proven experience in cabinet installation and finish carpentry.

- Skilled in working with laminates, veneers, and specialty materials.

- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and layouts.

- High attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship and quality

- Comfortable using woodworking equipment, including table saws, planers, jointers, and hand tools.

- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the day.

- Familiarity with cabinet assembly, hardware installation, and shop safety standards.

- Able to take initiative, follow directions, and work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble cabinets and components using pre-cut parts from the CNC.

- Build custom jigs or fixtures as needed for specialty projects.

- Ensure every cabinet meets our standards for craftsmanship and precision.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist in keeping the shop tidy.

- Communicate proactively about missing parts, design issues, or improvements.

- Support loading, unloading, and staging of jobs as needed.

- Follow safety guidelines and use tools and equipment responsibly.

- Assist with material prep or sanding when needed to support overall shop flow.

- Keep tools, materials, and components stored safely and adequately.

- Communicate material shortages and help forecast future needs.

- Track time accurately on assigned projects.

- Work efficiently and maintain a sense of urgency to keep projects on schedule.

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Must pass background check (no criminal record)

- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
