Job description:

Sunset Property Maintenance (a division of Sunset Property Mgmt.) is in search of

skilled maintenance workers to help our team here in Central San Diego. Must have

experience in construction or building maintenance, tools, insurance, and a reliable

vehicle. All properties serviced are within 10 miles of 92110. All hired contractors must

have their own Smart Phone.

This is a W9/1099 Independent Contractor position & the pay ranges from $27-$30 an

hour based on experience level.
