Seasoned Master Carpenter multi tradesman

Ruckle Construction inc Since 1953 a seasoned , General Contracting company is in search of a hardworking, competent, skilled multifaceted tradesman, to work with our great team. We work High end custom homes in coastal San Diego, based in Pacific Beach.

Must be able to be a good communicator, Have a good attitude, positive, coachable, trustworthy to work alone with the qualities of integrity, honesty and good character to be part of our team. This is a working foreman position.

80% custom residential 20% commercial.

Must have a valid california drivers license, and own Truck with all tools, sawmill, skilsaw,compressor, nail guns etc.

Experienced in, Interior and exterior door and window installs, baseboard, casing, Drywall, electrical, plumbing, Window prehung and mortise to existing drywall, finish carpentry, Cabinets, Multi panel, La cantina experience a plus.

7 years experience in residential construction minimum.

Mileage reimbursement, Health Insurance , 401k retirement
