Construction Skilled Laborer

Ruckle Construction is a family owned and operated General Contractor that was established in 1953. We are searching for the right individual to join our team. This individual must be hardworking and skilled, possessing the same core values that our current team possess. www.ruckle.net

We are in need of a skilled laborer that can adapt to our culture and can be a lead person, to self perform the following:

Experience pulling 20' Dump and equipment Trailers

demo's, underground, and over ex and recompact.

Form setting for foundation / flatwork.

Masonry wall construction.

Hand work digging, pick and shovel.

Must be a self-starter and team player.

Must be a good communicator, trustworthy, with the ability to work alone or with the team.

This is a full-time position, starting at $22-30 an hr. DOE. Must have a valid California driver's license, and own vehicle with tools, bags, power tools.

Health Insurance and PTO included (ask for details)

We drug test previous to employment.

Must have a Clean Drivers license, no DUI

5 years experience in construction minimum.
