HANDYMAN APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECH

Handyman-Apartment Maintenance Tech wanted for " as needed" maintenance on small apartments in east county.

Must have the following: own vehicle, Ca license, with insurance, own tools( saw, levels, drills, ladder, hammer, wrenches etc)

Must have at least 5 years experience with references and phone numbers of people/companies you have worker for in all facets of apartment maintenance as well as " rent readies", including plumbing, lite electrical, drywall repair, etc.

Salary: $30.00 an hour depending upon experience.
