METAL FABRICATOR/ SHOP HAND NEEDED

San Diego Custom Metal Shop Looking for a Metal Fabricator and Shop Hand. We specialize in decorative/architectural metal work for restaurants, bars, high end homes, and commercial spaces.

THE POSITION:

Some welding and fabrication experience is required.

This position will start entry level but ideally the right candidate will grow into a more senior level fabricator as they learn from the more senior fabricators at this shop.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

- Material Intake and organization (Forklift experience ideal)

- Material Prep (Use of Cold Saw, Shear, Cut Off Wheel, Grinder Ideal)

- Fabrication Assistance (Sheet Metal Layout, Bending, Welding, etc)

I am looking for a candidate that is interested in the trade and wants to grow with the company. Must be self driven, have a great work ethic, and be a team player.
