Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, from inception to final inspection.
Manage project schedules and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on the job, vendors, subcontractors, and clients, fostering transparent and positive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Procure necessary materials and monitor delivery schedules to facilitate smooth project progression.
Schedule and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
Collaborate closely with sales, design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure project specifications are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Perform light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks as required to support project completion.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE, 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in residential remodeling and/or cabinet manufacturing.
Proven track record as a Project Manager in the residential remodeling or construction sector.
Proficiency in construction processes and design principles.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational abilities.
Familiarity with project management software, Contractor Foreman experience is advantageous.
College education is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to fulfill physical requirements of the job, including prolonged standing, kneeling, and lifting, at project sites.
