CNC/Edgebanding/Logistics Specialist

Custom cabinet shop looking for an experienced CNC/Edgebanding/Logistics specialist. Full time, benefits, quarterly bonuses. Will pay very well for the right people! Guaranteed 40+ hours per week.

Job Duties are:

CNC & Edgebander:

- Oversee Operations of Homag CNC & Edgebander

- CNC & Edgebander Operation Schedule

- Retrieve Plans from the Office

- Review and Redline Plans for Operators

- Determine Schedule based on hours needed and deadlines.

- Ensure Maintenance is being performed regularly.

- Check the Quality of the Operation

- Ensure each task is completed properly.

- Ensure the operator manages the falloff accordingly.

- Ensure that parts milled are staged accordingly.

- Quality Control

- Create Milling Programs as needed.

Logistics:

- Tracking incoming orders

- Track order status and follow up if items aren't received by Expected Delivery Date

- Receive and Process Inbound Purchase Orders

- Retrieving Incoming Orders for the Day

- Stage Materials for Milling

- Track the stock Items.

- Manage & Maintain Warehouse

Requirements are:

- 3 years minimum experience with Homag CNC and Edgebanders.

- Considerable knowledge of the practices, materials, and tools of cabinet making.

- Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings.

- Ability to work within a team or independently in a fast paced environment.

- Ability to learn and operate different software programs on an Ipad.
