Diesel MechanicENTRY LEVEL

Do you like to use your mechanic skills and work with diesel engines, minimal technology, just getting your hands dirty fixing things, performing maintenance on them? Do you have experience with tractors and other farm equipment?

We are seeking an Entry Level Diesel Mechanic to join our team at our Miramar growing grounds in beautiful San Diego County, California.

You will be:

Doing repairs and overhauls on trucks, large diesel vehicles, on-road trailers, other automotive vehicles and all types of farm equipment (tractors, trailers, canning machines, etc.)

Performing regular maintenance on the equipment used in the field, for propagation and planting

Repairing, replacement, adjustment, lubrication, and maintenance on all farm equipment

Troubleshoot weld/soldering

What we need:

Education and/or experience to be able to perform the essential duties of the job; experience working with diesel equipment/agricultural equipment preferred

Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
