Water Restoration Positions

Servpro of Fallbrook/South Oceanside is now hiring for the following positions:

Water damage technician - duties include light to medium demolition of drywall and interior materials, placing drying equipment and documenting the project.

Reconstruction - duties include drywall installation, texture, painting, carpentry and ability to coordinate with subcontractors.

Mitigation Crew Chief - duties include coordinating projects with homeowner, office staff and insurance company, assisting mitigation team to timely complete projects and assisting in estimating projects.

We are an emergency service company and occasionally need to work after hours. We have rotations for after hours/weekend work and the typical work day is 8-4:30. This may vary depending on the projects.

Experience helps, but inexperience has many advantages as well. We mostly need team players who want to grow in the company.

Pay is structured depending on several factors - including prior experience, availability and performance.
