Immediate Opening: Well established, very busy, General Contractor with impeccable reputation seeking Full-Time Restoration Project Manager

Full time Large Loss restoration project manager.

Must be able to run large fire and water losses.

Must be able to coordinate with subs and schedule.

Must have excellent communication skills with homeowner, sub contractors, and office staff.

Ability to understand xactimate estimates and work with estimators to ensure project is well managed.

Xactimate estimating a plus but not required.

A knowledge of buildertrend is helpful but company will train.

Budgeting

Must be able to work with building department inspectors and schedule inspection for projects.

Should have a general knowledge of building codes.

Must be able to inspect projects and predict code up grades.

Must have verifiable work references.

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience with large loss projects.

Must have 4 verifiable trade references (Subcontractors you worked with).
