Join our cozy and collaborative collective in Pacific Beach! We have one private room (9x11) available, perfect for a professional offering complementary services like massage therapy, acupuncture, or other wellness specialities.

-Half month's rent for security deposit

$600 a month with month to month lease or $550 a month with 6 month lease

Currently the other three rooms are occupied by a lash and brow specialist, waxing specialist, and a skincare specialist. We are looking for services that both compliments our offerings but also helps us all grow our businesses while working together to help with cross referral and marketing. Work independently without feeling isolated.
