Experienced and Professional Barbers/Hair Stylists Needed for Upscale Barbershop

Salted Barber is an upscale barbershop that is locally owned and is looking to hire barbers and stylists for both their current Del Mar location as well as their new location in 4S/Del Sur neighborhood that is opening end of June.

Barbers and hairstylists must be experienced (at least 3+ years) with a strong professional background (with references to share) and have the ability to do all styles and cuts from fades to scissor cuts and be comfortable with long and short hair. We are an upscale barbershop with a unique vibe and culture that is surfer/beach oriented with clean, modern and chill decor.

Our customers are loyal and expect high end service whether it be our high end service which includes scalp massage and shampoo or just a regular cut or beard trim/shave.

This job is not a booth rental and instead you would be joining as a W2 employee and would have a competitive and incentivizing commission structure.

We are ideally looking for full time employees (where you can earn up to $85,000+ per year).
