Customer Service/Phone Sales

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers on phone to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Daily calling to excising customers to get their orders

- Utilize product knowledge to promote products and services

- Be able to take phone orders

- Outbound calling and telemarketing to generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities

-Able to work in a quiet office environment

- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers

- Create Sales orders and Print Invoices

Experience:

- Experience in telemarketing

- Strong computer skills

- Ability to negotiate pricing effectively

- Proven experience in phone sales and customer service- Ability to effectively communicate with customers

-Ability to close sales (A must)

- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus

- Strong outbound calling skills
