We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Cold Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle rejection positively.

``Duties```

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer information

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or inside sales

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships

- Understand Non Traditional Sales Tactics

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

- Experience with outbound calling or telemarketing is a Must

- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications
