Armed Guards | Part-Time

ATLAS DEFENSE GROUP, INC is looking for vigilant and motivated individuals for two (2) part-time armed guard positions.

Both sites are similar in nature, with the primary duties of access control (foot and vehicle traffic), video surveillance monitoring and opening and closing procedures.

Guards will be working in teams of two, excluding the Carmel Valley site on the weekends.

Location: UTC

Schedule 1: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Friday: 1500-2100 (+/-). Possibility of less than 4-hours worked. Minimum payout is for 4-hours.

Schedule 2: Saturday & Sundays: 0700-1500 & 1500-2300

Location: Carmel Valley

Schedule 1: Saturday & Sunday: 0800-1330 (+/-)

Hard Requirements:

- Must be 21+

- Must possess a current and valid Guard Card

- Must possess a current and valid BSIS firearms permit

Opportunity for a raise after 90-day probation and completion of training requirements.

Training requirements are:

BSIS 16-hours Mandatory Training:

A. Public Relations (Community & Customer) (4 hours)

B. Observation & Documentation (4 hours)

C. Communication and its Significance (4 hours)

D. Liability / Legal Aspects (4 hours)

BSIS 16-hours Elective Training:

A. Post Orders & Assignments (4 hrs) (Employer Training)

B. Employer Policies / Orientation (4 hrs) (Employer Training)

T. BSIS's Certified Course in Firearms Training (8 hrs) (Should already be completed.)
