Compensation: $20-$24 per hour

Fractalista Designs is seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Assistant to join our vibrant team in San Marcos, CA. Hello! My name is Andrea, owner of Fractalista Designs. My company specializes in engraving beautiful artwork into crystals. We do lots of wholesale orders and also sell specimen grade crystals via live sales on instagram (@fractalista).

I am looking for someone to safely pack and ship orders. This gig is part time, 6-15 hours per week, with very flexible days and times. I am looking for someone who I get along well with, and who wants to be a part of our magical little business for many years to come.

This job would be particularly great for anyone who makes art and is interested in building a career with their artwork, as I would provide mentorship and share the wisdom I've gained through the trials and tribulations of building my own business.

What You’ll Do:

Carefully package various products for retail and wholesale orders, including crystals and boutique home goods.

Inspect products for quality and consistency before packaging.

Organize inventory for easy retrieval

Maintain stockroom cleanliness and shipping supply inventory

Update inventory supplies

Work alone or with minimal supervision, making this job ideal for introverts who enjoy listening to music or podcasts while working.

Who You Are:

Quick, yet precise and careful

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency, precision, and organizational skills.

Able to work independently, efficiently, and adapt to a self-guided workflow.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset.

Located in or near San Marcos, CA, and able to commute to our facility near CSUSM.
