MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CO.
California, San diego, 92101 San diego USAAs a Maintenance Supervisor/Regional Manager, you will oversee the effective maintenance of our residential and commercial properties. You will ensure high standards of property upkeep and lead a dedicated team of maintenance professionals. Your role will be critical in achieving our ownership objectives and maintaining strong client relationships.
Property Operations: Manage daily operations and ensure properties are well-maintained.
Service Requests: Address routine and emergency service requests promptly.
Turnover Management: Oversee the completion of turnover work to meet Housing Authority standards.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with property owners and ensure alignment with their goals.

Self-motivated, self-directed, and capable of working without direct supervision.
Well-organized with the ability to keep sensitive information secure and confidential.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in property maintenance or comparable experience in the construction trade.
Licenses: Valid California Driver’s License, reliable transportation, vehicle insurance.
Experience in Appfolio Software is REQUIRED!
Must be knowledgeable in Fair Housing Laws
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform tasks involving sitting, computer use, walking, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 80 pounds.
Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, around traffic, uneven walk areas, and various environmental conditions.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to complete an I9 form and eVerfiy.
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Valid CA Driver's license, Social Security card, or Permanent Resident Card).
Must have your own reliable daily transportation with a clean driving record.
Must be able to read, write and communicate and follow instructions in English.
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
$65,000.00/year
40 hours of paid time off.
