You must:

- Answer Incoming Phone Calls

-Be a clear communicator

-Demonstrate a positive attitude

- Retain information

-Be Reliable and understand the importance of showing up on time

-Use of Quickbooks

- Ability to Learn New Software

-Monitor business phones After Hours - 1 week a month and 1 weekend a month.

-Work Hours 8:30am - 5pm

Absolutely Necessary to have knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) & Answering Phones.
