Position Summary:
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be our client's first point of contact. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage client communications, and support the team in coordinating restoration and remodeling projects on multiple platforms, including Xactimate. DASH and Quick Books.
This role is crucial to ensuring our clients feel supported and valued throughout their experience with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system (e.g., DASH, Buildertrend).
Coordinate and schedule appointments, inspections, and project updates.
Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
Provide regular updates to clients, adjusters, and third-party administrators on project timelines, status, and changes.
Assist with preparing and distributing project documentation, contracts, and follow-up materials.
Gather feedback from clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Ensure program compliance with TPA and carrier-specific requirements.
Manage and assist with Xactimate uploads.
Support the team with special projects as needed.
Document and record information by entering, transcribing, and maintaining data in CRM systems (e.g., DASH) and XactAnalysis.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency systems (e.g., DASH, BuilderTrend) and software Xactimate and XactAnalysis.
Familiarity with program compliance and carrier-specific guidelines is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy and patience when handling sensitive client situations.
