Leasing Agent Wanted Through May 2025 !
California, San diego, 92101 San diego USAOur team is looking for a friendly and proactive Leasing Agent to join us part-time and help us maintain our high standards of service.
Job Summary:
As a Part-Time Leasing Agent, you’ll be the face of our community, greeting prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring they feel right at home. With your excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and contributing to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist prospective tenants with a warm, professional demeanor. Provide detailed information about available units, community features, and leasing options.
Property Tours: Conduct engaging and informative tours of the apartment complex, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our community.
Lease Management: Assist with the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Follow-Up: Maintain communication with prospective and current tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth leasing process.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our complex and address potential tenants' needs.
Administrative Tasks: Handle basic administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. As well as experience with affordable housing. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities with attention to detail.
Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software or property management systems.
Availability: Must be available to work Wed-Sunday, with flexibility for occasional additional hours if needed.
