Job Title: Loan Officer Team Assistant

Location: Eastlake, Chula Vista - in office-9-5pm

Pay: $18-$22 per hour + monthly performance bonuses

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

We are seeking a motivated and organized Loan Officer Team Assistant to support our loan officer and real estate agent. This role

involves a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, creating marketing materials, and assisting in loan processing, a perfect

vehicle to enter into real estate and mortgage financing world, great growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Keep the loan officer's calendar updated and ensure all appointments and deadlines are met.

Social Media & Marketing: Create engaging social media content and flyers for closings using Canva for marketing purposes.

Loan Processing Support:

Pre-qualify applicants and perform income analysis.

Process Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) mortgage loans as needed.

Manage loan documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Monitor key dates in loan transactions and assist in maintaining communication with clients.

Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed throughout the loan process while

ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Database Management: Support the management of client databases, tracking active loans, and ensuring accurate

documentation.

Administrative Support: Assist in the collection and preparation of loan applications and necessary documentation.

Position Requirements:

At least 2+ years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or in Loan Processing.

Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/VA loan processes.

Proficient in mortgage operating systems (preferably Encompass) and paperless documentation.

Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Experience with marketing and social media content creation is a plus.
