My name is Ese and I have a long list of clients waiting for my exclusive personal care. I love what I do, you have to work with me to know what I mean. A person great working with people and help others to take care of themselves professionally and personally. It is a full-time position with benefits. Duties: Hiring, staffing, and scheduling Caregivers. Answering the telephone, general office duties, preparing files and staff. Organizational skills, Customer service, some HR Duties, meeting and introducing new staff to clients, orienting new staff to agency routine, orienting staff to clients care program and occasional caregiving in the clients' home.

Experience Needed: Home Care organization, Guardian, Caregiving, recruiting new staff, coordinate hiring events, monitor online hiring Post and follow up with potential candidates. Review resumes, screening documents and onboarding new team member.
