How does our business work?
We are a fully integrated sales and marketing team. We specialize in customer base expansion, awareness, and new product launches. We are dedicated to serving our clients and customers with a professional and dedicated sales and marketing force. Our staff is trained specifically to the clients they represent to assure the highest quality and integrity with each client interaction.
such as:
General financial/operational activities
o Management of and responsibility for running and maintaining accounting/bookkeeping system (Quickbooks)
o Support of banking activities
o Accounts payable and accounts receivable work
Inside sales activities, including:
o Telephone calls and walk in visits.
o Order taking and entry
Customer service, including:
o Scheduling of sales calls and appointments
o Dispute resolution
o Billing and payment questions/issues
Management of vendor/supplier day-to-day relationships and activities, including:
o Payment of invoices
o Vendor-related issues, such as order problems and/inventory related paperwork and system activities
Maintaining the office, including:
o Computers
o Communication and office related services
o Ordering and managing office supplies
o Filing and records retention (both electronic and paper)
Marketing activities, such as:
o Helping to creating and/or execute marketing campaigns
o Updating and maintaining customer and/or prospect databases
Potential candidates should have at least two (2) years of office management experience (including accounting activities), customer service/sales experience.
Starting salary is competitive and pay will be commensurate with experience ($20-$25 an hour starting with fast advancement opportunities).
