Receptionist- Administrative Assistant - Bilingual (Spanish)
California, San diego, 92101 San diego USAASI Services, Inc. a leading provider of services to the Navy, Coast Guard, and Defense Contractors is currently seeking to fill an entry level receptionist/ administrative assistant position at its corporate office in San Diego.
This is a full time, in office 07:00 am - 3:30 pm job opportunity. The primary duties will include; answering phones, mail duties, procuring and tracking office supplies, visitor interface, employee interface, and utilizing various company management systems and software. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and bilingual in English and Spanish is a prerequisite.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and manage appointment scheduling
Manage and sort incoming and outgoing mail
Procure and manage office supplies
Manage office appearance
Manage and track site visitors
Provide administrative support and perform other tasks as required
Handle all tasks with professionalism
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory)
Clean driving record to use company vehicles
Clean criminal record to access government facilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in administration is a plus
Able to multi task in a demanding industry
