We have offices in 21 states and we are looking to hire a Receptionist for our California division here in San Diego. We have been in business for 9 Years and we are growing rapidly. In a nutshell we SELL CANNABIS Businesses and Real Estate. We do not touch the plant. We are categorized as a Business Brokerage.

We are looking for a motivated Salesperson/Receptionist to join our growing company. You will greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office and determine their reason for their visit. Along with light office tasks, you will mainly be assisting with research, producing lists, organization and following up with warm leads that want to list with us to schedule a call with one of our agents.

We prefer candidates who are highly adaptable and have some experience in an administrative role, but we are willing to train the right person who would like to grow with the company. There is HUGE potential to move up in the company and with that, we want someone who is going to pursue their Real Estate Salesperson License. Our goal is to have you learn the industry for about 6 months while going through your training to obtain a Real estate License, once Management believes you can make the transition, we are looking to promote you to Sales Agents within a year assuming you have your real estate license by now.

Hours will be 9:30-6 Monday through Friday. If you are looking for a real career and in it for the long haul where you can make 6 figures this is the opportunity for you. The money is in getting your license and transitioning into the sales side.
