Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist at ROCCO'S DENTAL STUDIO in Escondido, CA. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication with doctors and staff.

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations

Customer Service proficiency

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a dental setting is a plus

Experience with Microsoft Office

Receiving and sorting mail

High school diploma or equivalent
