Flight Suits dba Gibson & Barnes manufactures flight, safety apparel, and communication devices serving the EMS, law

enforcement, military and other aviation industries.

Seeking (M-F) FT 7-4pm Order Entry Clerk to verify and enter customer orders generated by Sales Representatives.

Reports to Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Verifies and enters sales orders and sales quotes per company’s guideline, ensuring orders are accurate and complete

2. Communicates with Sales Representatives regarding sales order questions or inaccuracies

3. Calculates UPS/FedEx/USPS shipping quotes.

4. Enters new customers

5. Participates in cyclical and physical inventories, as needed

6. Other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, plus one (1) year relevant administrative experience with high degree of task management, detail, accuracy, and organization to meet deadlines and produce high quality work

High degree of customer service

Effective interpersonal, verbal, and listening skills

Must demonstrate strong focus and follow-though to meet deadlines, working effectively both independently and as team member

Office equipment and computer proficiency, utilizing MS Office

Ability to type 35 WPM

Ability to build and maintain cooperative work relationships at all organizational levels

Ability to accept direction and constructive feedback

Good attendance and punctuality a must

Physical demands represent those that must be met to successfully perform essential job functions. ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Noise level low and work pace usually moderate but can increase with competing deadlines.

Compensation:

$20 per hour with benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid vacation/holidays)
