Take-Off Estimator

Dnuevo Design Inc. is a commercial and residential Painting company. We are looking for a Take off Estimator/ Salesperson with a minimum of 5-10+ yrs of experience in painting industry who can contribute to our sales division. Our commitment to providing customers and excellent experience We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations, providing comprehensive and competitive bids, and maintaining communication and follow-up until the jobs are sold

Requirements:

-Complete 30-50 bids per week to stared, maintaining a commitment to both quality and quantity. Many of the bids are incoming leads. Self-generating activities are required such as networking and building relationships with interior designers and general contractors.-Strong Microsoft office/ IOS skills

-Strong sales skills, $180,000+ minimum in sales Monthly

-Must be able to accurately review and estimate over take-offs software, Read blueprints and other estimate platform

-Detail-oriented with the ability to take accurate measurements and generate precise bids.-Must be organized and experienced in bidding and negotiation

-Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills

-Professional, friendly and considerate, excellent phone and email etiquette, good with a variety of people

-Painting industry experience

-Experienced and result motivated salesperson

-Proven high closing rate

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
