Coast 2 Coast Moving is in need of an office assistant to help manage office tasks and eventually be trained to help with in-home and virtual walkthroughs (paid training). We will be paying a base hourly rate, and once trained with walkthroughs, we will be paying an additional commission to all booked moves by the employee.

The ideal office assistant will have basic email and phone etiquette (help answer questions or direct questions to manager), some CRM software skills (use of any past CRM system is a plus), and also have some social media management skills, such as adding content to Instagram/Facebook, and helping to capture pictures/videos of our team in action at job sites.

If you have book-keeping (quickbooks preferably) experience that is an even bigger plus, and we can discuss higher pay if trained in book-keeping

REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE:

At least 2 years of office assistance / management experience

Some social media management skills

Past CRM software experience

Associates degree or higher in business or similar field (not required but recommended)

This position is set for 4 days a week, Monday and Saturdays required and the other 2 days flexible (Sundays closed), 8:30 am - 4 pm (30 hours total)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
