Project Engineer

M.A. Stevens Construction, Inc. is accepting resumes for a Project Engineer position. This Project Engineer will provide administrative support to the management team. Applicants must be motivated, congenial and have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce or process, maintain, and track project documentation:

- Subcontracts

- Bonds

-Submittals / Close Out

- RFIs

- Subcontractor Change Orders

- Schedules

- Pay Applications

- Insurance Certifications

Requirements:

- At least two years of construction experience

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat (create, edit, comment, etc.) and basic computer skills

- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

- Strong math skills

- Reliable Vehicle

Preferred Experience:

- Public works construction experience

- Prevailing wage experience

- Blueprint reading

- Unifier and Prolog experience

Compensation:

Salary: DOE / DOQ

Hours: Part Time or Full Time TBD
