NOW HIRING – Computer Assembly Technician

Location: Poway, CA

A leading manufacturer of rugged and military-grade computer systems, is seeking a Computer Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role is hands-on and requires proven experience in assembly work. Prior experience in computer assembly is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Assemble computer systems, sub-assemblies, and hardware components following production instructions

Perform installs of memory, CPUs, storage, cables, power supplies, and internal components

Read and follow detailed work instructions, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation

Conduct basic system checks to ensure proper fit, function, and quality

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Work with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

Experience in assembly required (electronics, mechanical, or similar)

Computer assembly experience strongly preferred

Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools

Understanding of ESD procedures is a plus

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
