Job Summary: As the Manufacturing Manager at Creative Electron, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility to ensure the efficient production of high-quality X-ray inspection systems. You will lead and manage production teams, optimize manufacturing processes, and implement innovative strategies that align with our company’s growth goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, leadership, and process improvement, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Production Management: Oversee all manufacturing operations, including assembly, testing, and shipping of X-ray inspection systems, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and cost targets.

· Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a team of skilled technicians and production staff. Ensure continuous improvement through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

· Process Optimization: Implement and manage lean manufacturing principles to increase productivity and improve overall operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of production.

· Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure materials and components are available for production without excess inventory. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to improve lead times and quality.

· Quality Control: Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to company quality standards and drive seamless installs. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to identify and resolve any product quality issues quickly.

· Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Promote a culture of safety and ensure all employees are trained on proper safety protocols.

· Capacity Planning: Monitor production volumes and forecasts to ensure the facility can meet current and future demand. Work with senior management to plan for capacity needs based on projected growth.

· Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and analyze manufacturing reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, throughput, downtime, and cost per unit. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on production status and improvements.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, sales, and customer support teams to address any product issues, meet customer requirements, and align manufacturing goals with company objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in a high-tech or electronics environment.

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).

· Proven leadership abilities with experience in team building, training, and performance management.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in a manufacturing setting.

· Proficiency in manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems, production tracking tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in the electronics or high-tech manufacturing industry, particularly in precision assembly or testing.

· Familiarity with X-ray technology and inspection systems is a plus.

· Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

·Experience in scaling manufacturing operations to meet growing demand.
