CNC Machinist/Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for 3-axis machining centers.

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts based on engineering drawings and specifications.

Multi-task efficiently by handling multiple CNC machines simultaneously, ensuring seamless operations while meeting deadlines.

Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machining issues to ensure optimal performance.

Perform quality checks on finished parts using various measuring tools and instruments.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Mastercam programmer and machinist.

Proficient in CAM software and CNC programming.

Strong knowledge of machining techniques, materials, and tooling.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with high-precision parts and tight tolerances is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
