Leather Goods Assembly & Pre-Sew (PT-FT)

We are looking for a key member to add to our "Leather Goods" division in our assembly & pre-sew department.

A great opportunity for a motivated, hard-working individual that likes to create and work with their hands. If you appreciate building high-quality products and work well with your hands, this is a great position for you. You will work in a small-team environment (7-10 people) building premium leather goods in a small-production environment.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, but if you have past assembly experience, woodworking, hand assembly or other manufacturing experience we will train you to work with leather.

PRE-SEW PREP & CUTTING

Working with leather panels, strips & fabrics

Folding, applying adhesives

Marking & punching holes

Setting rivets on kick press

Embossing leather & logos

Cutting belts and leather straps

Use of some light machines

Must be good with your hands

Working in a production environment

Experience preferred but not required for this position

QUALIFICATIONS:

Good attitude & ready to work

Team player with high work ethic and crafting skills

Assembly, manufacturing or any other hand-work experience is a plus

Must be authorized to work in the US with proper documentation

We have been in business for more than 20-years and have well established customers worldwide. We are a small family-oriented business that strives to provide a stable and positive environment for its employees.

$16-$19 per hour (starting hourly wage) - Pay will move with your experience and job performance

20-30hrs p/wk with the option to move to F/T with experience
