Eastridge is looking to staff an Injection Molding Machine Operator for a company in Carlsbad.

This would be a long term contract-to-hire opportunity.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Salary: $21/hr to $25/hr depending on exprience

Role Overview: As a Machine Operator, you'll be at the heart of our production operations, driving excellence on Bag Making Machines. From monitoring machine workflow to ensuring top-notch quality control, your role will be diverse and impactful. Get ready to dive into reading engineering drawings, making mechanical and computerized adjustments, and switching out tools like a pro.

Shift Available:

2nd Shift: 2pm - 1030pm

3rd Shift: 10:00p - 6:30a

Training: Embark on a thrilling 90-day training adventure on the first shift, where you'll master the ins and outs of our operations. Upon conquering this phase, you'll be primed for action on the shift that matches your stellar performance.

Training Times: 6am - 230pm

Ideal Candidate: While experience in injection molding is a definite plus, we're more interested in your hunger for success and knack for mechanical wizardry. Whether you're a seasoned pro in injection molding tool changes or possess a background in manufacturing, we want to hear from you!
