Marketing Assistant - Digital Advertising

Location: Carlsbad

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday through Friday)

Work Environment: On-site only; this is NOT a remote job.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

Communicate with clients about monthly analytics

Squarespace and Google/Meta Ads.

Assist with lead follow-ups and scheduling calls.

Digital Advertising:

Monitor Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube promotions.

Update Google Ads settings (headlines, descriptions, demographics, location).

Website Management:

Monitor client websites for performance and analytics.

Update and maintain company and client websites.

Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience:

Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing principles.

Mindset & Traits:

Self-Starter: Takes initiative and works independently.

Quick Learner: Excels in mastering new systems.
